Top middle of MO. land of green hills and grass | Can’t you divide that processor cost out over the life of the machine?
Say you’re going to run it 10 or even 5 years...the cost per year is much closer to the cost of hay it’s going to offset.
We found the cows did eat it better assuming we could get to/through the field with it. Also allowed us to better use some 2-3year old hay we had carried over. |
