Most top out around 60 to 65, governed by engine speed. You can run slightly taller tires or have the engine top RPMs set higher if you need to go a little faster.

That's with the Cummins Big Cam III at 400 hp and the Allison automatic.

They are geared well to pull out of a field, and you will win all drag races unless you come up against another truck with an Allison, and more hp!!!!


You won't even know that 26' trailer is back there unless it's full of lead and has chisel shanks instead of axles and tires. :)
How large of a grain trailer do you think you could legally pull loaded?
