Already replaced the apron chain and the floor and drive are in good shape. I should add this spreader is not used every day. We would spread composted bedding from a hoop shed and an occasional pile of manure from a small cattle lot. The drum is the old style that had a continuous row of teeth that spiraled around the drum.
