west-byGod-Pa. | given your "relative" closeness to civilization, try looking for a baker's supply. likely easiest to find on-line, now. Years ago, I would have suggested Yellow Pages, although, I guess Yellow Pages is on-line as well. Suppliers to food industry likely would not talk to you, but Baker's supply should. From experience , I have found that they are hungry enough for sales as to talk to an individual. Best if you have some idea in advance of how much you expect to buy.
I need to add: if you can contact any specialty chocolates makers in your area, if they understand you are not competition, should steer you in the right direction: chocolatiers use vanilla in candy making
