SW Ohio | Long time ago, like before i was a teenager, we had a bull (jersey, mean as they come) on a farm where we herded them 1/4 mile across open field to a pasture from the barn. Bull was so ornery he ripped the ring right out of his nose. Well somehow he got loose and was running on a 200 acre open farm, finally got him cornered (I was too young to remember the details) and put a chain like that around his neck and used a JD A to drag him back to barn. I sorta remember that the tractor was not big enough and he was tossing it around. He got a 1/2" by 8' chain permanently hung around his neck after that so he could walk but not run. | |
