Subject: RE: Watering pigs in the winter

NC Indiana
Co-worker said when they raised them, they had big sqs metal tanks and put 55 gallon metal barrels in the and built firesnin them every day. We've used LP tanks heaters on cattle tanks and garden pond pumps to keep them open too. When we had sows outside it was bucket them water until they all drank and break ice the next time in old water heater tanks cut lengthwise in 1/2. We had one metal round self waterer with a small K1 heater in it until it died.
