You’ll get about 5gpm through a 1.5” pipe. Or 10 gpm through a 2” pipe. Most people would use 2”. This assumes 1.5 miles and 20’ head. Accurate figure on that head is important.
The draw doesn’t matter, need a bleed valve at any high points.
