Here's my $0.02 as someone who has done six figure per year online sales in a different industry.
1. Make it easy to order. I would buy your popcorn right now but struck out on Amazon or a website/order page. Clickity-click done.
2. Facebook is evil
3. Happy customers are the best advertisers to promote your brand and product.
4. Always side with the customer, even when it costs you money. See #3.
5. Sell customers on why your product is better.
6. What's the emotional catch that pulls them in? See first line above, probably something you can market in light of your family's challenge.
