Subject: feed not flowing in 12 volt feeder

Middle Tennessee
I have two problems. One the feed does not flow well which is ground corn, distillers and rice meal combo but we have managed with the old feeder bought 12 years ago. The new feeder is a king Ag that has steeper sides and it is not flowing very well. I took the flow control stuff just to get it unloaded and it still bridged over. I wanted one like the old one but the guy quit building and I certainly cant weld aluminum. I either have to do something to the feed or the feeder. We have ability to make physical changes to feeder if that will help. STO as I feed probably 800 pounds per day but buckets are not an option with mud and bad joints.
