Going to be smaller scale from the 110+ milkers when I was involved. He wants to concentrate on a show herd etc. they’re considering getting into raw milk sales and that just may be successful given the name recognition from the fire. I just hope that starting from scratch that he takes the opportunity to modernize from the tie stall and all of the inefficient equipment required for one. |
