NC ND | Are you sure? Back when ND raised the speed limits on divided hwys this question was brought to the State patrol and the opinion at that time was speeds were too fast for lowbeam as you could outdrive the light distance.
I usually only use lowbeam after I put leds in, high beams shine further but not enough to bother me, then I forget to shut the high beams off because I rarely use them. | |
