niobrara nebraska | We've done the same thing with ours that still has the tub on it. But, we built a square feeder with alternating shields to spread out the auger flow to hit the entire hammer mill. It can grind FAST, but stopped due to wind loss most years it seemed like. We use Brewsters grinder/bagger the past few years instead. Costs more, but we probably gain it back by not having all the fines blow away. | |
