Oklahoma | There's many variables when grazing wheat. I've supplemented with a ration on wheat pasture only in dire straights. When wheat pasture is good I don't supplement any feed. I put a couple good quality bales of hay in the corner to help with some roughage. I think your expectations for 2 lbs a day is ok but with the right weather conditions 3 and even 4 pounds a day is doable.
