I quit the first of March this year chewed for 15 years My sisters and I watched my younger sister die of cancer for a month she smoked 2 packs a day. I am chewing my lips alot yet but when I want a chew I think about my sister. Two of my sisters quit smoking also.
Anyone want to join me quitting smokeless tobacco?
