Copenhagen for 16 years now. I need to quit, am ready to quit, wifes ready for me to quit, but dont think I can do it this spring. I have slowed down though. I did quit once for about 2 months cold turkey and then I though I would reward myself with a pouch of Beachnut. Wrong thing to do. I did not realize how often I was looking for a place to spit when I had quit. Good luck and after this spring maybe I'll join you!
