I quit cold turkey last Aug 1 but fell off the wagon, so to speak, when we got into harvest season last Fall. Had some minor cravings while off of it, but nothing too bad. Worst time for me was after a meal. Just have to occupy your mind with something so you aren't thinking about taking a dip.
I'd quit with you, but just bought two cans today and would hate to see them go to waste! ;)
