Don't you think that now that it's published, the Chinese government will crack down on the practice? They certainly made sure that those few shipments of soybeans that arrived late paid the tariff last summer.
The quantities listed amount to about 32 million gallons, we produce about 44 million per day so it's about 3/4 of a day's production, 0.2 % of production.
