Man I do feel for you.
Been nic-free for 10 years. It took several tries until my quitting finally stuck. Cold turkey, no patches or gum. I still get the craving every once and a while, and can remember the taste of Key or Classic. I also remember how I used to feel then vs now. I feel *much* healthier now. Good Luck.
