I chewed for 20+ years and threw it away 16 years ago, did it cold turkey and it was tough but I had decided that it was time, wife had been after me to quit, I still get a craving and reach for a dip then remember that I don't do that anymore, and I sure don't regret it.
Anyone want to join me quitting smokeless tobacco?
