WC IL | While I understand your concern about contamination, if you clean the wagon thoroughly, it’s not much of a worry. I wash mine very thoroughly, using a brush to wash the interior, take off all covers, including the windage cover on the conveyor. I’ve used mine this way for 8 years with no issues.
The first time I did it I ran several small batches of corn through it and ran it out very slowly and watched what was coming out closely, even made a screen to run it through where i had to run a broom over it to get the corn to fall through. Didn’t find anything. | |
