Looking at your weather forecast for the next week it looks like you have pretty good weather for the immediate future. I'd try to leave the material on the ground for a while this week and let it dry some more. I think you'd be ok baling now as the bales will "sweat" some, they will look a little darker on the inside but should be dry. If you had a way of weighing some of your dry bales you could bale a few bales now to see where the moisture is (Wet Bale - Dry Bale = Extra Moisture). The good news now is with the cold temperatures now you shouldn't be dealing with internal stalk moisture only what is added from rain or snow. Your right to go ahead and use these bales sooner than later.
