Yeah I wish you were closer. The freight is the killer. I would be okay with$150-$160 a ton delivered for decent feed.300 miles seems to be the limit.
I am figuring trucking at $2.50 per loaded mile.
There is a salebarn about 10 miles away that sells hay but each time I go over it seems to kill 3 hours. They cater to the guy looking for 15 small squares.
Where is the hay at?
