God's Country (N.C. Ia) | We've had pretty good luck raking and bailing right after the combine rolls through with the chopping head. Seems like if the stocks are still standing, they tend to be a little drier than Stocks that I've had a chance to lay on the wet soil. Always kind a hard to know what to do this time of year, but I'd say go for it. Like you said, make sure they're the first ones you use. Good luck and God bless. | |
