First planting of Honey Select and 378A was April 19th; both are up and look good. Second planting of HS and 378A on May 1. On the second planting, the HS is pretty much out of the ground. The 378 is struggling. Planted more yesterday. Timing (spacing) is going to be interesting this year.
Got some field corn in wet areas that got confused with the cool wet extended rainey period. Looks like I'll be planting some spots over again if it doesn't figure out which way is up soon. Déjà vu.
You mentioned no N with the vetch. Did you put any starter down?
