smalltime farmer - 11/10/2018 04:30...municipalities/ county’s get more costs downloaded unto them everyday. Bingo! Our now former governor's no tax approach to everything is to download as much as you can to the municipalities and counties (but not enough funds to pay for it) and borrow the rest, basically downloading current expenditures to our kids and grandkids. Roads for example. Meanwhile give 2.85 BILLION $$ in tax breaks to a foreign corporation...plus a lot of environmental waivers including Great Lakes water, etc etc. supposedly for a pledge of 13,000 jobs in a state with a 2.9% unemployment rate. The starting wage will be $8.91 on the shop floor. From Indeed.com: "Average Foxconn hourly pay ranges from approximately $8.91 per hour for Assembler to $25.00 per hour for Process Engineer." Likely a whole lot of assemblers and not many process engineers. For this the Wisconsin taxpayer is paying $2.85 BILLION. Sound like a blue tombstone?
