Tablerock Ranch eastern Wa | Red is the next blue---- red ink in any form will get us in trouble and the causes are endless in high interest low price markets, the problem with us farmers is we are not wired to pull our horns in, we may try to reduce costs and run lean but when we head out the door and turn a key we spend money. our entire existence is based on working more / harder / more efficient and all these things seem to be costly ---- seems the hardest decision I make in my farming operation is putting improvements on hold. |
