Some guys just weld a ball to a quick hitch. A local trailer dealer and manufacturer just mounts a ball to a heavy rectangular tube that goes between the lower three point arms, it is made so the bar hangs from the arms to keep the hitch upright so you don't use the third arm. I copied his design and it works great so far.
