SE IA | It isnt hard to find a monkey to work, but the labor pains and operations relying on lots of $10-$15 wage earners are going to have a hard time keeping going if the labor that shows up isnt good help.
I know of many operations tired of fighting the labor pains of some decent operations. They have even made the comment they would be better off running fewer acres with slightly smaller equipment and doing it with the sole family members and ones that are qualified.
What good would it be to grow a bigger operation and be less efficient since the labor situation hurts the operation.
