100 cows adjust your ration to the cheapest possible because 10 cents a day per cow adds up fast.
Your brewers grain should have enough energy to support cows with hay.
Mine get 10 lb modified distillers and just enough silage to push it out of the feed wagon out on corn stalks. They have calves at side and none have died yet, but it is still early.
The last month they were only fed maybe 6 times. | |
