SW Wisconsin | Parlor, 4 units, rinse water goes on the floor. I really hate having the dealer out because they charge for a trip, plus mileage, plus hourly, plus parts. They’re a 45-minute drive away, and half the time they don’t have the parts they need on the truck and have to run back to the shop for them. 20 minutes of work can end up running me north of $400 before they even figure in the parts that I can get for 1/10th the price elsewhere if I can just figure out what I need. I could go to the dealer that’s another half hour further, but that’s no good for emergency stuff, and I don’t think they’re much cheaper. There used to be at least 3 dealers within 20 minutes, now they’re gone and the ones that are left figure they’re doing me a favor just to come out, so they’re still the good guys if they charge me an arm and a leg. | |
