Once water drops below 125, it won't "hold" the solids and you get deposits. If your water is too cold at the end, you can either: 1)start with hotter water, 2) shorten the cycle, 3) make a cover for your vat so that more heat is retained through the cycle, 4) insulate milk lines that are exposed to cold temperatures(attic space).
