I think that whatever it is, will be abundantly clear, once the stuff has hit the fan. Kinda like giving mortgages to anyone with a pulse and using an algorithm that says housing can never go down.
Um, duh. What genius came up with that? Bet they never heard of a blue monument!
We keep chasing fast money and these are the kinds of messes we find ourselves in. Dot com bubble, housing bubble, bit coin, there was even a mule bubble after WW1. During the war lots of MO mules were used, price went up, people chased big mule money and bid up land prices. War ended, boys came home and bought tractors, too many mules, price crashed, folks had all these high priced jacks and farms they couldn't pay for. | |
