| Any deep pit livestock building huge investment with very little possibility of any return at today's cost to build $1500 .00 head for cattle @ 5% interest that's is $75.00 per pen space plus operations. Have one and wish it was never built. Today's building materials don't last and repair cost will eat you up.Than if cattle go back to making $500.00 head all will be good.Good luck with that business model.Just got done pumping liquid what a miserable way to spend life on earth. | |
