The recommended level for beef cattle is 5 ppm in the total ration, so the corn silage could be fed at 17% of the ration dry matter.

The biggest effect of vomitoxin is reduced feed intake, so the cattle will tell you if it's too high. Vomitoxin is not the immunity suppressant that aflatoxin is so the risk of actually feeding it is reduced.
