west michigan | My first thought is maybe you need more volume of water going thru the initial rinse cycle. Also, how long is it from end of milking to initial pipeline rinse? Any way to shorten that time so the fat is easier to dissolve and remove from the line?
Is the inside of the pipeline getting clean, or is there fat deposits being left there too? Is the bulk tank cleaning ok? I’ve not had an issue like your showing, so just stabbing in the dark here, but those are my thoughts. | |
