SW Wisconsin | I’m the diverter: I put the pipe in the sink after the rinse. I’m not perfect, but I’m pretty sure I didn’t screw up this time. It’s just not all coming out with the rinse. Component level definitely makes a difference. When I’m running low-4% fat in July there are no lumps of butter coming out with the rinse water. I don’t think I’ve got an air leak to make lumps either. | |
