Subject: Milk system cleaning

SW Wisconsin
Half brag, half question: I’m getting a fat slime on the outside of my milker units. I think any butter left in the system is melting on top of the wash vat and coating the units as the water runs out. I think my chemicals are right and my water is hot enough, anybody know how to fix this? Run more soap? I’ve tried that. My last test was 6.68% fat 4.7% protein, I’m optimistic I can increase those figures by about 1% and 0.5% respectively over the next 5-10 years, so this issue isn’t going away on its own soon.
