| The easements I had to get for my permit are about as worthless as the paper they were on. They aren’t transferrable so if the neighbor sells his ground it means nothing. Also it didn’t mean I can go spread manure whenever I want, it has to be according to typical crop rotations and when conditions allow. The ones your presented could be different though. I had to get the easements though to show I have a final home for the manure and it’s not going to just overflow out of the pits. | |
