SW MI | Our area is middle of the road as far as income goes. We charge $500 for a standard cut on a 300# live weight butchered hog, all costs included, smoking, vacuum sealing etc. I slaughter, butcher, cure and smoke all our own and keep up with what others charge.
It’s a good fair price, for this area, for a good product.
An hour North or 2 hrs South and I could easily tack on an additional 25%
