s nd | Back in 2004, my godson/nephew lost the check at christmas I gave him. Issued a new one in june and did not worry about stop payment. This summer he finds it in some boxes and uses the image way of deposit and that check got cashed. Gave him holy hell for not checking first when doing something like that as a company might not see the humor in that. I paid a pretty good penalty to the bank of nd when they didn't receive my land payment. Got a letter from the post office said something about no return address or something like that, so I thought the penalty was on me. Then talked to a postmaster and said no return address is not sufficient for delivery of the letter. | |
