Subject: how much stalk moisture is too much for a round bale

Renwick Iowa
combined the corn Saturday and Sunday avg 19%.. chopped stalks yesterday and today .. started baling this afternoon and my 605m would read 16ish all the way to 27 or 28.. so I quit .. membrane in the stalks is still damp.. husks are bone dry.
. lltrying to decide what to do.. talking cloudy the next 2 days and sunny Thursday followed my rain Thursday night .. have to make about 400 .. mainly use for bedding and grinding for cow feed.. am.i worrying too much ? should I just bale them. or would they cause issues ? any help is appreciated..
