May consider a poured concrete wall. Here the ready mix company will bid the entire completed project. I went that way with my garage.
We are considering a new basement under an existing house that can't be lifted because of attached garage. We wanted to go with poured walls, but contractor said it wouldn't work because they can't fill the forms full without lifting house. Therefore a block basement is our best option. |
