The little comment about "established equity farmer is used up" is the closest I remember coming to disagreeing with you because I thought you were saying it was likely a guy who owned his land would burn through his equity.
I should have left well enough alone. I agree with you that many guys don't realize how poorly they are doing when they calculate COP because they don't have a numbers guy pointing out their pitiful or negative land ROI. |
