I would lower the disk, remove the scrapers and scraper bars and try to loosen the gang bolt nuts with a good 3/4" impact wrench.
We invested in the impact sockets for our 1” gun to fit gang bolts. They were not cheap, but money well spent, even though the 1” gun is sometimes outclassed by how tight some are.
