SA's have turned 50/50.
50% are great and 50% need put on the plane and sent back. They have been here at least 15 years. Some really good ones are citizens now and live here.
As far as a language barrier it will depend. Some you can talk to and some you can't.
If however they say "right, ok" before you're through telling them what to do they have no clue what you are saying.
I know of SA's, Romainins, Mexicans, and Ukrainians working in the states.
All good and all bad, just depends. They can say the same for employers too.
You paper work needs to start by November too. And you have to pay for more than one visa.
And you have to have the living quarters inspected, provide a decent means of transportation and Internet service.
