Oddly enough even the black South Africans don't want to work...here at least.
Maybe different in north central Illinois but I'm willing to be the percentage of black farm employees is in the single digits if even that many. Here, in east Arkansas 5-10 years ago it was probably 85-90%. Now I bet it's closer to 50% and they are getting replaced by white South Africans daily. Until you have employed them you have no idea the amount of bs they bring to a place. Doesn't matter if you pay them $10 or $20 an hour either. Higher pay doesn't equate to better black employees down here. And there's very smart good ones but the majority are breathing steering wheel holders and not much more.

South African workers
