Salesman buddy told me last week he had a guy whos W-2s were well over $150,000 last year and could not get financing trading in a 2003 Exploder (er I mean Explorer) which they bought new, for a new one. Sounded as if another 2k down would have swung the deal, but I guess that's hard to do when you only make 3k a week.....
