Fly to south Texas. Several thousand applicants to choose from, if you're willing to wait a month or so! Lol. In all seriousness though, I don't know what avenues to follow to hire an immigrant. But when I was on a harvest crew, the South Africans there were polite, hard working, and easy to get along with.
