Iowa | Yeah if we hit that for very long I'm out -- dont know many 35 year olds who could stand it either unless daddy is footing their bill. Fortunately in my area land values have held steady, but if they start going backwards, lookout below.
We're already hearing about China's economy slowing. If they slow too much they will have problems, which could come back to us. The Fed is raising rates, but also talking they expect the economy to slow and probably be in a recession by 2020 - so how high can they push rates? Everything is so connected now days its hard to know where or what causes bubbles to burst. 2008 was moving along fine and then within a week time it was "recession time" and we went backwards, I'm almost expecting something like that again. | |
