NwOh | Was wondering what size tractor guys are using on their inline rippers? Looking at buying a 5 shank case 2500 with the no till shanks but not real sure the size of machine I'd need on the front. Seen many different size tractors on the front of them, anywhere from a Jd 7800 to a STX 375 case. The soil type it will be used in is anywhere from sandy to heavier clay. I know where I can get my hands on a low hr jd 81 and 8200 .but not sure if that's enough smoke for the job...thoughts and opinions appreciated | |
